All orders are shipped with USPS Ground advantage. Processing time is 10-14 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak season or holidays.

Most items ship with a flate rate of $7 (domestically) and have free shipping over $50

Want to make a return of exchange? You have seven days within delivery date to return any unused item in it's original condition. You must contact us before a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and all costs associated.

If you have received a damaged item, please reach out within 72 hours for a resolution. Please provide photos of defective items in your request.

In the 3D printing process, small imperfections that do not affect the function of end product may include:

• Variations in texture
• Visible Layer lines
• Minor blemishes
• Slight color variations
• ETC

These are not considered defective/damaged and cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for checking the shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for any returned packages due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you made a mistake and need to change your order info, please contact us as soon as possible to make the changes. Once your package is marked as shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
